1 Lime, Honey, and Avocado Juice

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 lime
  • one liter water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Basil leaves

Instructions

  • Peel and pit the avocado. Combine the superfruit, lime, and honey in a blender, and add basil to taste. 
  • Add the water until the mixture reaches the desired creaminess. 
  • Pour into glasses and serve pronto.

2 Garden Green Giant Avocado Juice

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • 3 cups leafy greens
  • 1 stalk celery
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger

Instructions

  • Peel and pit the avocado. Remove the end of the cucumber and halve lengthwise. Cut the celery in half and remove the end. Peel the ginger.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well mixed. 
  • Serve immediately.

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • ⅓ cup mango
  • ⅓ cup spinach
