Bacon

• Appearance: Smooth, green thin skin, yellow-green flesh.
• Size: 6 to 12 oz
• Known for: oval shape, medium to large shape, easy peeling, and light taste.

Fuertes

• Appearance: Smooth, thin green skin, creamy, pale green flesh
• Size: 5 to 14 oz
• Known for: Pear-shape, medium seed, peels easily, great tasting

Gwen

• Appearance: Pebbly, thick green skin, creamy, gold-green flesh
• Size: 6 to 15 oz
